Dawn is the Client Relations Manager at BGIP serving as the principal liaison between the firm and its valued clients. Dawn builds loyalty through outreach, interaction and continuous improvement of services. In addition to researching and responding to client needs, Dawn also provides administrative and sales support to all BGIP financial advisors. Dawn has been a valued BGIP team member for 17 years. Her strong background in Insurance and Financial Planning ensures she is able to look after our client’s unique needs efficiently and expertly. She is professional while being very personable and enjoys her interaction with clients.
Ingrid Malcolm
Licensed Assistant
As a Licensed Assistant, Ingrid’s primary role is to provide new business support to our BGIP financial advisors. This involves the preparation and processing of all investment transactions, and new business underwriting for insurance.
Staying up-to-date on changes in the insurance and investment industry and working alongside the advisors, she ensures our firm handles all of their client’s insurance and investment needs expertly and efficiently. She is excited to play a part in helping our clients prepare for a better tomorrow.
